For the 1st half of January 2020 MedStar crews treated a record number of patients per day with a primary or secondary clinical impression of Influenza-Like-Illness (ILI).

The current January 2020 ILI response volume is an average of 11 patients per day, a 49.6% increase from December 2019 and a 52.3% increase from January 2019.

For the 2019 flu season, responses for patients with a primary or secondary clinical impression of ILI are 28% higher than last year.
